I just wanted to let you know how great the molded Earplugs are that you made for me while at the Motorcycle Expo in New York. As an avid motorcyclist and a competitive pistol shooter, I am constantly in dangerously loud environments, since your ear plugs are so small I can now have them with me all the time. They are so comfortable, I sometimes forget that I have them in and have several times left the firing range with them still in place. I have a chronic ear condition that makes riding my motorcycle with my ears exposed a very painful and distracting event, with the Earplugs, that problem is eliminated!! I can still hear other bikes and cars; however, the effect of the wind on my ear is eliminated. I heard about Big Ear from one of my customers who recommended to me, so I had him contact a Big Ear rep near me and had a set of the Solid Ear Plugs made. I mainly use them for work, which is to transport bulk concrete and off load it as a plant. I just recently went Quail hunting and used the ear plugs. I was amazed to find out I could hear the Quail and everything else around me while I was walking through the brush wearing the ear plugs. I also enjoyed how well they protected me when I fired my shotgun. I did not have the ringing that I used to get when I would the foam type ear plugs.

It was with a bit of hesitation that I decided to invest in the Big Ear stereo ear plus when I met them in Billings, Montana. I just wasn’t sure how they would work out. My experience with the company and their product has been great and my hesitation unfounded. The fitting process only took a few minutes and their results have been outstanding. I wear these on my motorcycle and I can hear the music loud and clear without turning up the volume at all. They are very comfortable and give me added benefit of reducing wind noise. With the music volume set at a comfortable level I can still hear things going on around me. This was a great investment.

Your custom molded solid ear plugs are outstanding. I ride a Harley Davidson with after market pipes. Without your ear plugs, the noise is unbearable. With them, I hear a soft purring as I go down the road. The wind and muffler noise no longer bothers me hours after I quit riding. Congratulations on a fine product! just wanted to shoot you a quick email to let you know that I love my new ear phones from Big Ear. I had bought a pair of a competitors units a couple of years ago at a motorcycle show and was not happy with them at all. I couldn't wear them with a helmet for more than a couple of minutes without being reminded that I was in pain, which effectively removes the whole reason for being out on your bike.

I had my molds made at Oshkosh last year, but hesitated to order a pair, thinking that they would have the same problem. I'm so glad you called and convinced me to give them a try. They are a large investment, and I almost didn't do it. The quality over my other pair is obvious and they fit excellently, as well as keeping out much more ambient noise.

Keep up the good work and thank you for making such a good product. I will be sure to tell my riding friends that there is a difference in ear plugs and yours are the best.

I went to Sturgis early, got a picture and t-shirt and left. Rode from Knoxville, TN and back. Took in the Tetons, Yellowstone, Beartooth Pass, Cody WY, Red Lodge Montana,Mt Rushmore, Crazy Horse, etc. Great trip but it was much better because of my new Big Ear ear pieces. Dynamic!!! Thanks!

Mark,I forgot the lady's name who contacted me about sending back my ear phones to be refitted after I talked to you two down Myrtle at Broadway at the Beach but I wanted to thank both of you for refitting them and getting back to me before July 1st like I asked.They fit perfectly.No wind noise even at 90 mph.I left for the Oregon coast from Pgh. Pa.July 1st and rode Washington State, Oregon,California and am currently in Cody Wyoming on the bike riding Yellowstone for 8 days.Thanks again for the quick service and great product.

I bought my basic ear plugs from you last year at the LOE BMW Riders Bavarian Mountain Weekend in September of 06. I rode with the ear plugs for a week and found that with the head set in my helmet that the helmet pushed on the plugs and made them uncomfortable after an hour or two. I was at the Ruidoso rally the next weekend and stopped by the Big Ear booth and explained to the gentleman working there my problem and he trimmed my ear plugs and sealed them. Now they fit fine and have over 13,000 miles with no problems.

410 Bluetooth Headset far exceeds my expectations of overall simplicity, comfort and performance!!! Since I am Obsessive Compulsive about the quality of what I hear...your earpiece not only fits so comfortably that I hardly notice I'm wearing it...and simultaneously I can clearly hear ambient sounds through the earpiece!!! Also...the calls I receive come through so clear that it seems that the person I'm listening to is standing right next to me!!! GREAT JOB!!!

Just want to let you know that I am very pleased and impressed with my new Big Ear Headphones. I am an audiophile that regularly uses my Bose QC2 headphones ($300) with my i-Pod. The Bose QC2 headphones are easily the best sounding headphones, bar none, that I have ever tried.

People I talk to are always amazed that anyone would spend $300 on a set of headphones, until they try them out, and say, oh. These Big Ear buds are easily the best sounding ear buds I've ever tried, and what really blew me away was their impressive bass response. I have put your product though every conceivable audio test, and it just keeps coming up "tens." I got introduced to your product at "Street Vibrations" in Reno, Nevada. (2007) I have a Harley, (1987 FXLR "Low Rider) and I have been struggling over the years to come up with some good way to listen to my tunes while I ride. I did the helmet modification thing with speakers, tried putting speakers on the handle bars, etc... All of that was unsatisfactory, and I just gave up. When you get up over 40 MPH, the wind noise kicks in, and it just messes big time with your music. I ride a lot at 70, and no matter how you try to do it, the wind noise drowns it out. With my Big Ear Headphones, now I can listen to my i-Pod when I ride, and it sounds totally awesome! I also got a set of your custom fit ear plugs with no speakers in them, and they work great too. (When I don't feel like listening to music) Great products!

Jonathan says... Before you go off on some expensive stereo system for your bike... Take the plunge, and try these ear phones first. They are well worth the investment! (And way cheaper than all that crap you will be trying to add to your bike or your helmet so you can enjoy your music when you ride) The Big Ear Buds are a little pricey, but what would you expect for a set of custom made, hand crafted headphones, designed with your own ears in mind? Congratulations to your design staff, and your crew that put these custom ear pieces together for me. The quality, materials, and workmanship of your finished product, reflects your dedication to producing a first class product. How did you get such a great sound, from such a small package?

I just bought my 3rd set of Big Ear "hearing savers"...I've been riding for 40 years and it's only in the last 15 years that I began using ear plugs (didn't know better before that)....I tried several kinds including custom plugs made by an audiologist....a few years ago I bought a pair of Big Ear custom plugs at Americaide...what a difference...they are so comfortable that when I went to Americade the following year I had a pair made with the speakers for my iPod...the plugs make riding long distance much less tiring plus they protect my hearing from wind noise...as motorcycle instructor I recommend ear plugs to all my students....you can't start protecting your hearing soon enough....thank you Big Ear for making such excellent products!

I send this note to compliment you team for great customer service. My (first) Big Ear set could not arrive in time for me to take on a motorcycle trip in Europe this fall. Your staff mailed them to me in Florence, Italy as soon as they were ready and I enjoyed them all the way back to London. They were far, far better than the Ipod earphones I had used on the way south! No comparison. When they were stolen from me in New York City the following month, I could hardly wait to order the replacement pair which was shipped just in time for Christmas skiing. Good job! I purchased a pair your custom fit stereo ear plugs at the annual Sturgis, SD Motorcycle Rally in Aug. of this year. This the first opportunity I have had since receiving them to give them a good testing. I have been working in a college library for a few hours. And have yet to hear anything going on around me at all. The ear plugs have not let in any of the ambient noises and are so comfortable that I barely know that I am even wearing them at all. The sound quality is as good as, if not better than the saleswoman, who sold them to me, said they would be. I have listened a variety of musicformats and all sound equally as good. I haven't had to adjust to EQ on my laptop even once. These are undoubtedly the best pair of stereo earplugs or headphones I have ever personally used. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a high quality pair of stereo ear plugs or headphones. They are a very high quality product and worth every cent I paid for them. I am looking forward to trying them out next summer while riding my motorcycle with an MP3 player.

It was great to see you at the Long Beach Motorcycle show and last year Troy Roper was at our local BMW store in Orange and two in our crew purchased your Big Ears for our RT-1200 as we looking to cut down on the noise when riding. First time in we so happy and our I-Pod we now turn down much lower as we can hear at any speeds. The next time I used then for on a flight to Paris and again zero noise from the Jet engines and great tones from the I-Pod and movie on that flight.

In Long Beach we dropped into your both as another in our BMW crew was happy you where there as seat down and purchase was made.

It's difficult to believe that most people will buy a motorcycle accessory before investing in their own well-being.

Thanks to meeting you, I invested in something that will improve my quality of live for many years to come. The custom hearing protection I purchased from you at the Motorcycle Show is the best money I've ever spent at the show in all the years I've attended. The tailor-made earplugs fit beautifully and once they warm up to body temperature, I don't even realize I have them in.

What's really great is that I don't suffer from the wind noise anymore when riding. I tend to ride more relaxed and don't feel the noise fatigue from riding long distances anymore. I can still hear enough of what's going on around me in order to be safe, and best of all I can concentrate more on what I need to be doing on the motorcycle.

It all amounts to being safer, enjoying riding more and knowing that the road and wind noise won't ever damage my hearing.

went to the 2008 International motorcycle show in Novi Michigan on 1-5-08, with the intentions of getting a new pair of BigEar ear plugs. I bought a pair about a year ago and lost one of them this past riding season. I went to the booth and spoke to Mark. I told him that I was impressed with the ear plugs but that I needed a new set because I lost the ear plug for my right ear. Without hesitation, Mark told me to have a seat and told me about the 3 year warranty and that he would make me a new pair at no charge. I use BigEar ear plugs everytime I ride my motorcycle. I even use them when i cut my lawn or go to the gun range. I just wanna say Thank you to Mark and Big Ear Inc. for making my day!!!
