Glenn Hood
CEO and Founder
Glenn is the leader of the team of entrepreneurs in Big Ear. He has taken his vision from concept to implementation in various fields of expertise such as finance, transmission business, real estate, and in his own company. His two passions are to become the best father for his two sons and to promote hearing conservation awareness. Having tinnitus himself, Big Ear is an extension of his passion to help people prevent similar problems.
In 1980, he graduated from Rhema Bible College in Broken Arrow, OK. He is a scuba divemaster, pilot, author, inventor, and avid traveler. He and his wife, Kim, have been happily married since 1981.
Since he is a keen observer of people, events and surroundings, he has a passion for traveling. In particular, he enjoys cruises because he has unbroken blocks of time to read, think and plan.
Favorite book: Think and Grow Rich by Napoleon Hill
This book outlines the motivations, actions, and attitude that help create a life with purpose. Thus, success can only be achieved on purpose.
Favorite movie: Vacation (1983) starring Chevy Chase
The Hood family spent May-August in 2004 on the road doing Big Ear shows at the International Motorcycle Show circuit as well as other regional shows from coast to coast. Relating to their lives, their adventures, which served as the first real test of Big Ear’s future, remind them of that movie.

Kim Hood
Kim serves as the heart of Big Ear and the backbone of its Customer Service Department. Oriented towards the goal, she is the primary sounding board to her husband and Big Ear’s CEO, Glenn.
Even though she was named “Miss Youngstown” in Youngstown, OH, she isn’t just a pretty face. She has an attitude to service and was named “Volunteer of the Year” by Foothills Elementary in Colorado Springs, CO. She and Glenn married in 1981. One of her passions is raising their sons, Munch and Stone.
Favorite movie: Little Miss Sunshine (2006)
This movie is about a dysfunctional family and their misadventures. Relating to real life, each family can identify parts that mirror their own family experience. Despite shortcomings, love always wins.
Last book read: The Longaberger Story (1991), Dave Longaberger
This is an American success story about a man who holds the record for spending the most years in elementary in Dresden, OH – nine! In spite of this, he creates a family business that survives until today.
Stone Hood
President
Stone is the next generation leader of Big Ear. He is dedicated to leading the growth of Big Ear and providing hearing protection for thousands of future customers while spending time with the greatest people in the world. Frequently, he can be seen demonstrating Big Ear products at trade shows.
He graduated from Discovery Canyon High School in Colorado Springs. Notably, he achieved many accomplishments in his school’s basketball team and was granted a basketball scholarship at Doane University where he finished with a degree in Pre-Law and Leadership.

Favorite movie: Any Film with Daniel Day-Lewis, particularly There Will Be Blood and Lincoln
Munch Hood
Munch is the director of entertainment and the foreman of any good show Big Ear hosts. Although he is the most discreet in the Big Ear team, he is an integral member who supervises processing operations. He is most likely to be seen in huge events, planning the logistics of a show.
He graduated at the Air Academy High School in Colorado Springs, CO and was also an Eagle Scout. As hobbies, he goes to concerts and attends MMA events.
Last book read: Elon Musk: Tesla; SpaceX, narrated by Fred Sanders
Favorite movie: Anything with Jennifer Lawrence in it
Steven Webber
Steven is a seasoned senior executive experienced in risk management and alternative risk financing. operations, strategic planning, finance, human resources, sales and marketing, consulting, Sarbanes-Oxley, mergers and acquisitions, and international business.
Last book read: The Art of War by Sun Tzu
This is a treatise on the strategy, politics, implementation and execution of warfare as applied to help understand business, group dynamics and management.
Favorite book: The Bible
This book weaves a rich tapestry of life based on the lives of men and women, both wicked and righteous, which gives us a glimpse of the love God has for us.
Favorite movie: It’s a Wonderful Life (1946)
This is a story about a small town businessman whose compromises in life in behalf of others become a frustration until he learns that the real blessings in life are the friends he’s made along the way.
Dwight Grant
Dwight received his MBA from Azusa Pacific University and has over 30 years of business experience helping small business owners, nonprofits and start-ups with their operations and process. He has a passion for helping leaders succeed and is the principal at Forward One Business Coaching.
On a personal note, he enjoys spending time with his family and grandchildren and is a bit of a whitewater fanatic. For him, the rivers of Colorado provide no shortage of fun and adventure.

This has become a classic with so many great discussion points. The difference between being good and becoming champions boils down to each coach putting the common interest of the team ahead of their individual pride or performance.

Travis Maxey
Starting at the young age of 15, Travis has shown his loyalty to Big Ear. He has been promoted from helping around the office to being one of the best support and sales manager on the Big Ear team. He is a jack of all trades. Frequently, he can be seen spreading awareness on hearing protection at the trade shows, colleges, and the industrial workplaces. Throughout his years of being with the founder’s family, he has become Glenn’s protégé.
He studies welding while also learning a new trade. When he has time to spare, he also conducts seminars about hearing protection to his fellow classmates.
He loves to travel and enjoys learning about the history of different cities.

Budho Rani
Budho runs the entire team for SEO development for Big Ear. Her goal is to make it easier for our customers to understand the complex choices in hearing protection.
Since 2013 her main focus is to understand and implement the different SEO algorithms to make it easier for a customer who is searching for a solution to find us.
She graduated from National University.
Her hobbies are reading and now preparing for motherhood.
Husna Ara
Husna is a Software Developer & Designer. Experienced in developing WordPress websites with Elementor pro and is an Elementor Expert. She is the developer of Big Ear’s website.
She graduated from Bangalore University with Finance specialization.
Husna has been looking at creating our website with the design given proactively. She is also in charge of WooCommerce for our website.
Her hobbies include making YouTube videos. She has started to work on becoming a YouTuber and Instagram Influencer and owns her YouTube channel.

Delano Alexander
Delano has worked in digital marketing for eleven years and handles Big Ear Inc’s social media footprint.
He graduated at the University of KwaZulu Natal in South Africa with multiple degrees from media and communication to information science. He also earned a Master of Arts degree in Economics from University of Rajshahi, Dhaka.
When he is not in front of his computer, he enjoys outdoor activities like mountain climbing and field sports.
