Hearing Conservation in Industrial Facilities

Simple measures that in times of danger employees are equipped with the proper gear and protocols to ensure their safety. But there is one unspoken piece of gear that when handled incorrectly by employers can cause irreparable damage to their employees. The product is ear plugs; After visiting industrial facilities across the United States and implementing our hearing conservation protocols in many of the facilities that we have visited, we have noticed that in the realm of earplugs employees have a polarizing relationship with ear plugs.
In most facilities it is common to find three major violations of hearing conservation compliance.
