Once we have your ear impressions in hand, it usually takes 21 business days to craft the handmade one of a kind, a perfect fit product of your choice.
We then send a tracking number to you when they ship. There are several options available for you to get ear impressions made.
Due to the custom nature of the products, there are no refunds under any circumstances.

Hi Glenn,
Well after years of procrastination and continuing to listen to wind noise and crappy helmet speakers I am so glad that I purchased the Dual Drive earpieces. I have now used them on several motorcycle trips and can say that the wind noise is eliminated. The phone calls are crystal clear and the music is like sitting at home with my good headphones. I listen to a lot of ambient music which was impossible with helmet speakers because I never heard anything! Now I hear complete wonderful tracks. And when listening to live radio there is no screeching crackle. This has been a really good investment.
However, I am only giving the product 4 stars for two reasons. The standard cable should be shorter with the longer cable as option. And the bluetooth unit seems to be a cheap afterthought, Made in China. First, I hate wearing something around my neck. And second I dislike the cables to be over the ear instead of straight down as they tend to interfere with putting on and taking off my helmet and all the adjustments necessary to get the cables in just the right place. It would be better to have a unit in my pocket.
Other than those two negatives the sound quality of the dual drivers and fitment of the ear pieces are outstanding. Thanks!
