What happens after you pay
A custom set cannot exist until we have the shape of your ears. The kit we send takes a mould every bit as good as one taken in a clinic — it is what most of our customers use, and it is what the lab builds from. If you would rather have it done for you, any audiologist can, or you can visit one of our providers. It costs the same either way.
