Every set is made from impressions of your own ears. You take them at home with the kit we send you. Watch the process →
Step 1: Order
Choose your options and check out. Your home impression kit is included.
Step 2: Receive your kit
It ships 2 to 3 business days after we receive your order. Watch your email for the tracking number.
Step 3: Make your impressions
About 15 to 20 minutes at home, with a video that walks you through every step. You can do it yourself; a second person makes it easier.
Step 4: Send them back
Pack them in the same box and use the prepaid return label. We start building the day they arrive.
Then we hand-build your set in 40 business days from the day your impressions reach our lab and ship it to your door, with a 30-day fit warranty. If the fit is off, we adjust it.

What if my impression doesn’t come out right?
We check every impression before we build. If one needs to be redone, we send you another kit at no charge. The kit also has extra material in case you want a second try.
Do I need someone to help me?
No. You can take your impressions yourself by following the video. A second person makes it easier, because they can see into your ear, but you don’t need one.
When will my order arrive?
Your kit ships 2 to 3 business days after we receive your order. Once your impressions reach our lab, we hand-build your set in 40 business days and ship it to your door.

The problem with universal earbuds
Universal earbuds and IEMs were never shaped to your ears.
Foam and silicone tips are built for an average ear, so they rock loose, leak the low end, and ache after an hour. A shell molded to you fixes all of it at once.

We take a separate impression of each ear and build a custom shell around your drivers, from a single transducer up to eight. A sealed custom fit gives you the full low end, real isolation, and all-day comfort a universal tip cannot. You pick the driver count for the detail and separation you want.

How it works
What a transducer is, and why more of them means more sound.
A transducer is the tiny engine inside an earphone. It takes the electrical signal from your source and turns it into the sound you hear. In a custom in-ear, each transducer is a precision driver smaller than a grain of rice, built to move air with extraordinary accuracy.
One transducer has to reproduce everything on its own, from the lowest bass to the highest detail. It can, the way one voice can carry a whole song. But the extremes always give a little. Add transducers and you can split the work. A crossover sends the lows to a driver built for lows, the mids to one built for mids, and the highs to one built for highs. Each does a single job perfectly instead of every job adequately.
That is what you hear as you climb the ladder: bass with real weight, mids that stay honest, highs with air, and above all separation. Instead of every instrument fighting through one driver, each sits in its own space, so you can follow the bass line, the vocal, and the cymbal at once. More drivers also mean more headroom, so loud, busy passages stay clean instead of breaking up.
Here is the part most brands skip. Drivers only perform if the seal is perfect, and no universal tip ever seals an ear it was not made for. We mold every shell to an impression of your exact ear in our own soft silicone, so the fit is complete, the isolation is total, and the drivers deliver everything they are capable of. The sound you paid for is the sound you actually get.
