Our Big Ear products are made using our Perfect Fit Technology ™. We use a set of impressions of your ear’s to make any product you like.
Once we have your ear impressions in hand, it usually takes 21 business days to craft the handmade one of a kind, a perfect fit product of your choice.
We then send a tracking number to you when they ship. (Rush service is also available at an additional charge.)
There are several options available for you to get ear impressions made.
Due to the custom nature of the products, there are no refunds under any circumstances.

A lot better than what I’ve expected. I tried other custom earpiece adapters before and most of them were not smoothed out. They just caused me money and brought discomfort to my ears. These BIg Ear adapters are the best I’ve had over the years. You have to wait for a bit though until you receive them but they are worth the wait.

Did the do it yourself impression kit with my wife and it seems Iike she did a great job. The fit is perfect, meaning we mold my ear right. It is not that difficult to do, though it’s challenging for me because my ear is very ticklish. Thank you guys for sending the instructional video and guiding us along the way.
