This is just the replacement bar, and if you want the Custom-crafted earmolds for your Telex or Plantronics headsets. Follow the easy instructions in the earmold kit and send your ear impression back in the postage-paid box.
Normal build time is 21 business days, and the Custom Boom-Mic Earmold Kit (with fixed boom-mic bar; use with Telex 5 x 5 Pro III or Plantronics M550/T30 Boom-Mic headsets). It is made in the USA.
