Our Big Ear products are made using our Perfect Fit Technology ™. We use a set of impressions of your ear’s to make any product you like.
Once we have your ear impressions in hand, it usually takes 21 business days to craft the handmade one of a kind, the perfect fit product of your choice.
We then send a tracking number to you when they ship. There are several options available for you to get ear impressions made.
Due to the custom nature of the products, there are no refunds under any circumstances.

I bought an adapter for my Voyager 5200 and it’s amazing! It doesn’t stress my ear canal and it’s soft enough to wear for hours. You just have to get your ear impression correctly to make sure you get the perfect fit. I had to return the adapter the first time since I f’d up the impression the first time but Big Ear assured me that they’ll fix it and they did! I know we’ve already talked over the phone but thanks again Glenn!
