The Guardian Transformer custom fit industrial earplugs from Big Ear offers two separate levels of protection and communication in one earplug.
The detachable cord allows for selectable protection between NRR 21 dB and a higher NRR 32 dB.
Great for industrial environments with a wide-ranging amount of noise exposure, or those that need to communicate with peers or supervisory personnel on an intermittent basis.
With the removable pop in lanyard, you can fully plug one or both filters, giving you a solid earplug look and feel.
Move the pop cord to all the vent to be open you have an 18/21dB reduction, and you can hear conservation perfectly now that the filters are open.
We use a non-linear filter, and this means that you hear as if you are not wearing earplugs, and then when a loud sound is created, not more than 85dB can come through the filter.

Once we have your ear impressions in hand, it usually takes about 21 business days to craft our handmade one of a kind hearing protection device to the perfect fit product of your choice.
Once complete, we then send a tracking number to you when they ship. There are several options available for you to get ear impressions made.
