What happens after you pay
A custom set cannot exist until we have the shape of your ears. The kit we send takes a mold every bit as good as one taken in a clinic, it is what most of our customers use, and it is what the lab builds from. If you would rather have it done for you, any audiologist can, or you can visit one of our providers. It costs the same either way.
Pick your earplugs, filters and color. Your home impression kit is included.
It ships 2 to 3 business days after we receive your order, with everything you need and simple instructions.
About 15 minutes at home. Soft material fills your ear, sets in minutes, and comes out in one piece.
Pack them in the same box and use the prepaid return label. We start building the day they arrive.
Then we hand-build your pair in 40 business days from the day your impressions arrive.
